2-3) Payment : DLC at sight
2-4) Incoterm : CIF
3) Procedure
3-1) Buyer issues LOI and BCL
3-2) Seller issues FCO.
3-3) Buyer Returns signed FCO
3-4) Seller issued draft contract with bank details.
3-5) Buyer signs/seals contract and return if acceptable as final and informs seller of LC opening in first Class Bank.
3-6) Hard copies of contract are signed and exchanged via courier service
3-7) Buyer open non operative L/C
3-8) Seller issues a 2% PB to activate the non operative LC
3-9) Buyer opens LC & SHIPMENTS.
